Using speed app to avoid e-challan on e-ways? Beware of intelligent traffic mgmt system
The Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS), to be implemented by MSRDC on the state’s two expressways, will not only help monitor traffic, check violations and alert and guide motorists in real time, but also take precedence over speed apps which help motorists evade CCTV cameras, speed guns and police patrolling.
